Hi and welcome to Cotton Mouth Recording Studios Manchester UK. Our analogue audio studio was established in late 2009.

Our professional Analogue & Tape Recording Studio is based in the heart of Greater Manchester, and you are welcome to come and take a look around.

Our mission is to be your partner of choice for your new project. Whether or not you have been in a studio before we guarantee you’ll be happy with your results. Our unique “house” studio offers a great relaxed atmosphere, and when we go fully residential it will be like home from home.

Our ethos is to offer the best deal a band can afford with a massive emphasis on a quality production for your budget (get in touch via our booking a session page and tell us a little bit about yourself). Our equipment, back line and clients speak for themselves. We are a Manchester based analogue recording studio in the North West of the U.K and our aim is to be the best analogue mid-range recording studio.

Cotton Mouth Studios is not just about offering a great service on your productions, we are also about creating a musician community. We have open days in the summer which encourage musicians that have been to the studio to meet and connect with each other in a relaxed garden atmosphere with some good food and sunshine. The conversation soon flows and great collaborations grow. We are working on our outdoor stage so that we can have an open mic and unplugged performances space for those who want to.
